Inuit Worlds, from past to present | Digital Museums Canada

This virtual exhibition, co-developed with Igloolik community members, highlights the richness of Inuit culture in Canada, both past and present. Drawing on a collection of everyday objects gathered in this region of Nunavut in the 1960s and 1970s by anthropologist Bernard Saladin d’Anglure, and through the voices of local Knowledge Keepers, Inuit Worlds, From Past to Present reveals the ingenuity of the Iglulimmiut and their longstanding ability to adapt to their environment.
