The Digital Museums Canada (DMC) investment program helps build digital capacity in Canadian museums and heritage, cultural and Indigenous organizations, and gives people living in Canada unique access to diverse stories and experiences.
DMC is managed by the Canadian Museum of History, with the financial support of the Government of Canada.
Disclosure of Awarded Projects and Advisory Committees
The number of requests far outweighs the available funding so proposals are evaluated by an arms-length Advisory Committee, composed of museum and digital experts from across the country. DMC proactively publishes the names of Advisory Committee members as well as list of awarded projects.
