An interactive look at the changing face of cinematography

Portable cameras have changed the way we see the world, while also profoundly reshaping cinematography itself. Aimed at high school students, this exciting interactive project by La Cinémathèque québécoise looks at how cameras influence both filmmaker and subject, and encourages individual exploration through film clips, archives, fact sheets, podcasts, and a virtual film-recording activity involving six 3D cameras.
